May God Bless you in your efforts to keep this school open!

We do not have any connection to St. Nicholas. We learned of your campaign through word of mouth and are inspired by your courage. We are Catholic school parents. Good Luck!

St. Nicholas was such a safe, comfortable, loving environment. The things that I learned there went much deeper than education. I believe strongly that I am a better person because of attending St. Nick’s.

                           DB Class of 2002

Just being able to trust people there. You could leave a $20.00 bill hanging out of your desk for a week and no one would touch it! Not many schools can say that!

                           JB Class of 1997

I felt loved and safe here when I attended. I want the same for my children. I remember singing in the morning before school. My favorite was “Holy Ground”. It really felt Holy to me. It was an extension of the church and we always “wanted” to go to school and church. The teachers made learning fun. I remember when we graduated a week earlier than everyone else. We stayed everyday to help clean the school and help the teachers. We didn’t want to leave.

                          TB Class of 1990

The friendships that last even after 50 years. The priests (O’Connor & Stoerlein) who were loved by all and took the time needed to help the young people of the parish and school.

Some special memories I have of St. Nicholas is my class because we used to hang out every Friday night. We were like brothers and sisters.
